Carb Conscious Bolognaise


500g Lean Beef Mince

1 Onion Finely Chopped

1tbsp Olive Oil

2 Tomaotes

Pinch of Italian Herbs

Low Fat Mozarella and gouda cheese to top

1 Packet of Carb Conscious Spinach and cauliflower noodles


Heat olive oil in a medium pan

Fry onions until soft

Add mince and italian herbs and fry until brown

Add chopped tomatoes and allow to fry until soft

Remove noodles from bag and heat in microwave on high for 2 minutes

Plate noodles and mince and add cheese as desired
